Job summary

OPmobility in Gliwice, Poland, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Exterior & Lighting group. The role focuses on leading APQP/PPAP activities with suppliers and ensuring launch readiness for critical components.

You will monitor APQP milestones, validate part quality and measurements, drive supplier risk management, and manage PDCA cycles. Run@Rate leadership and supplier audits are key elements, along with supporting build trials and CI efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) required.
• 3+ years in automotive Supplier Quality or Program Quality.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plans, and 8D.
• Experience with supplier development and quality management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality validation.
• Run@Rate experience and supplier audits (VDA 6.3 a plus).
