Job summary
Valeo Service near Łódź is hiring a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to lead PDCA-FTA analyses with suppliers and ensure two-way information exchange for quality improvements. You will coordinate inspections, validate ISV compliance, and manage correction costs, working with SRM, SAP CS/WM, and Liberation system.

Qualifications
- Engineering education confirmed by product and production quality work experience.
- English full professional proficiency; Polish conversational level is a plus.
- 1+ year work experience in automotive quality or related field.
- Knowledge of PDCA, FTA, 8D and IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standards is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead PDCA-FTA analyses with foreign and local suppliers to improve product quality.
- Coordinate inspections, SRM data exchange and safety measures to prevent defective batches.
- Oversee cost settlements for quality deficiencies with suppliers and validate ISV first deliveries.
- Perform supplier audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented in SAP CS/WM.
