Job summary

Genpact in Poland is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier qualifications and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. The role emphasizes process capability, root cause analysis, and robust supplier collaboration.

You will conduct on-site supplier visits, drive corrective actions, and support sourcing and manufacturing to remove barriers affecting quality and delivery of components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; GD&T and metrology knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier qualifications to ensure capability to meet drawings and specs.
• Conduct surveillance audits and inspections of suppliers’ processes.
• Perform process capability analysis to identify issue trends.
• Lead SDRs and non-conformance investigations with suppliers and engineering.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Design & Materials Eng. across suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure product/process compliance with drawings and specs.
• Drive adherence to quality procedures and timely corrective actions.
• Conduct ~40 supplier on-site visits per year and close findings.
