Job summary

Seaonics in Poland seeks a specialist (Mid/Regular) or senior specialist for mobile work across Europe to commission and service our maritime equipment.

You will coordinate with multi-country teams, perform tests, and travel extensively (60–70%), while ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. This role supports ongoing global projects in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background in Software/Automation Engineering.
• Experience with system tests, commissioning, installation, or field service.
• Good command of English and Polish.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning activities and production follow-up worldwide.
• Participate in equipment tests at factory (IAT and FAT).
• Participate in installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Perform service interventions, troubleshooting, modifications, upgrades, and technical support.
• Provide technical follow-up and support for operational equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Travel extensively across Europe and internationally to support project execution (60–70%).

Your responsibilities

• Perform commissioning activities and production follow-up of our products worldwide (i.e. in Vietnam, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic and other European locations)
• Participate in equipment tests at factory (IAT and FAT)
• Participate in installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications and company standards
• Perform service interventions, including troubleshooting, modifications, upgrades, and technical support
• Provide technical follow-up and support for operational equipment and systems
• Coordinate and collaborate with production teams, suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders across multiple countries
• Travel extensively across Europe and internationally to support project execution and site activities (approximately 60–70%)

Our requirements

• Technical background in Software/Automation Engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Marine, or Offshore industries
• Experience with system tests, commissioning, installation, or field service activities in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of power hydraulics will be considered an advantage
• Experience with motion-controlled systems will be considered an advantage
• Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Valid Category B driving licence
