Job summary

SeaRenergy Group in Gdynia, Poland, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee client projects in the offshore wind and energy infrastructure sector. Join an international team and coordinate with specialist departments across the SeaRenergy group.

You will lead project teams, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and drive commercial success while maintaining strong client relationships. Hybrid work is possible, with on-site presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, project management, renewable energy, maritime studies, engineering, economics, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in project management, within the renewable energy, offshore wind or maritime industries respectively any other complex project environments.
• A project management certification in line with IPMA or PMI standards are considered an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English. German and/or Polish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with project management and resource planning tools is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and communication skills combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and all internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Coordinate and manage the project team with the objective to manage project personnel, material, logistics and further deliverables
• Be in charge and actively striving for safety on site, commercial success of the project, satisfaction of the client and compliance to applicable rules and regulations
• Monitor project status and progress in line with best international project management practices
• Become an important part in major offshore wind in Poland

For our Project Management team we are currently seeking an experienced

In this position, you will become part of our internal team at SeaRenergy and take responsibility for client projects whilst liasing with specialist departments and entities of theSeaRenergy group.
