Philip Morris International in Poland invites you to join as Manager Procurement Account (PL). Lead end-to-end sourcing across categories, partner with business stakeholders, and drive supplier ecosystems to support PMI's growth and transformation toward a smoke-free future.

You will operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, supplier innovation, and governance, delivering value through strategic negotiations, market intelligence, and capability development within a global procurement

Qualifications

• 3+ years procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
• Relevant prior experience in international company.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing suppliers and leading sourcing projects in a complex business environment.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to convert data and market insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Confidence to influence stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
• A proactive mindset focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and delivering business value.
• Fluency in Polish & English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across diverse categories and spend areas.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategies & priorities, identify opportunities and deliver sustainable value.
• Drive complex supplier negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and governance frameworks to improve performance, innovation, and service delivery.
• Provide market intelligence including external, local price trends, new product & service offerings, and innovative solutions to identify opportunities of optimizing spend / budget or increasing business revenue.
• Ensure procurement compliance and adherence to sourcing policies, processes, and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and value creation.
• Contribute to the deployment of procurement transformation initiatives and best practices.
• Support capability development and knowledge sharing within the procurement community.
