Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a seasoned leader to head Workplace Experience (WX) operations across locations, ensuring top-notch facilities, services, compliance, and employee experience. You will manage facility providers and vendors to drive performance and oversee office construction and refurbishment projects, delivering on time and within budget.

This role requires a strong background in facilities operations, risk management, and workplace strategy, with a focus on cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in workplace, facilities, or integrated facilities management.
• Strong background in service delivery, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• People leadership experience, including stakeholder and vendor management.
• Knowledge of facilities operations, workplace services, compliance, and building management.
• Experience in risk management, business continuity, and crisis response.
• Expertise in workplace strategy, space management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including budgeting and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Experience (WX) operations across locations, ensuring excellent facilities, services, compliance, and employee experience.

• Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, driving cost efficiency and optimization.
• Lead workplace risk, business continuity, and crisis management activities.
• Improve service quality through performance management, customer insights, digital tools, AI, and continuous improvement.
