Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is offering a paid internship in Supply Chain/Logistics for final-year students or graduates within 1 year. The role focuses on end-to-end order management (DIM, Semis, Leaf) with MRP planning and SAP data maintenance.

The program targets 35+ hours per week, provides access to training platforms, and offers Multisport subsidies. English practice is encouraged in a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Students in the last years or up to 1 year after graduation with a Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics background.
• Preferably available for a minimum of 35+ hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Fluent English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.
• Experience with Power BI and VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute DIM (Direct Issue Material), Semis, and Leaf end-to-end call-off orders.
• Plan, analyze, and perform MRP activities and coordinate with Factory Production Planning.
• Maintain DIM, Semis & Leaf inventory and minimize obsolete stock.
• Monitor vendor performance in terms of OTIF and rush orders.
• Maintain SAP material master data (MRP views) for DIM, Semis, Leaf.
• Suggest improvements for SAP and MRP processes.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Execute the DIM (Direct Issue Material), Semis, and Leaf end-to-end call-off orders by:

• Planning, analyzing, and executing MRP activities and communication with Factory's Production Planning (including escalation process with EU DIM Procurement/ CS Semi Finished Components).
• Maintaining DIM, Semis & Leaf inventory levels and minimizing LOGD, stock without requirements, and aged products.
• Maintaining and measuring vendor performance in terms of OTIF and responding to rush orders.
• Executing regular maintenance of SAP material master data (MRP Views) for DIM, Semis, and Leaf.
• Proposing improvements covering system [SAP] and process [MRP].
