The Citi Summer Technology Analyst Program in Poland offers an immersive, hands-on experience in software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity. You will contribute to real-world projects, learn from mentors, and prepare for full-time roles within Citi’s Technology teams.

Expect a hybrid work arrangement (up to 2 days at home per week), a competitive base salary in PLN range zł57,672.00– zł72,000.00 per year, and comprehensive benefits as listed in Citi’s package.

Qualificações

• Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, MIS, or other tech related degrees.
• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Will to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Strong communication, project management, leadership, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in agile teams is desirable.
• Work authorization to work in Poland without sponsorship.
