You will engage in infrastructure, software development, and AI-enabled solutions across cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to full-stack projects and enterprise-scale platforms.

The program emphasizes hands-on training, onsite and remote collaboration, mentorship, and opportunities to transition to Full-Time Analyst roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or other tech related degrees.
• Proactive problem-solver who embraces innovation and leveraging Generative AI to address complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance within Citi Technology.
• Work across teams on core technology platforms to deliver scalable, low-latency systems.
• Engage in real-world projects across Banking tech areas including AI, data analytics, and front-end/backend development.
