Citi in Poland invites you to join its Summer Technology Analyst Program, where ambitious graduates explore Infrastructure Management and cutting-edge tech. You will rotate through teams, gain hands-on experience, and learn Citi's culture through education, on-the-desk training, and speaker series.

As a Summer Analyst, you will work on global projects with cross-functional teams, contribute to digital banking initiatives, and potentially return as a full-time Analyst after graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related tech field.
• Proactive problem-solver with passion for innovation and Generative AI.
• Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication, project management, leadership and teamwork.
• Able to pass technical interviews with basic algorithms.
• Experience in Agile teams is desirable.
• Work authorization to work in Poland without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain physical infrastructure components (data centers, server rooms, hardware).
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of technology infrastructure.
• Manage capacity planning for computing and storage resources.
• Collaborate across teams in Microservices, Front-End, AI, and Data Analytics areas.

Technology Infrastructure in Citi provides critical technical foundation to the firm and is responsible for delivering reliable IT solutions, scalable infrastructure services, and secure capabilities while creating a trusted customer experience and enabling Citi's workforce to be the best for our customers. From its position at the heart of the firm,

Technology Services is responsible for creating and maintaining the foundational infrastructure that underpins the Company's global operations. This includes physical facilities, network connectivity, computing resources, and data management. Additionally, the team develops and manages the essential tools and platforms that enable Citi employees to perform their roles efficiently across the globe.

You will be working on Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain physical infrastructure components, including data centers, server rooms, and associated hardware. Ensure stability, availability, and performance of all technology infrastructure. Manage capacity planning and growth for computing and storage resources.

While technologies can vary slightly from team to team, Analysts will have exposure within the following categories:

• Microservices Developer: Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• Front-End Web Development: React or Angular, Apigee TypeScript, HTML5
• Generative AI & AI Agents: GitHub Copilot with various models, Citi Squad (automated code reviews), Devin.AI (Agentic Code generation), Prompt Engineering, Workflow Design, GenAI Optimization, Stylus Workspaces (In-house Gemini)
• Data Analytics: Utilizing tools like Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to track customer journey adoption and measure the business value of delivered products.

To join Citi, you should meet the following criteria:

• Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degrees.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and embraces challenges with enthusiasm, leveraging Generative AI to address complex business problems and create novel solutions.
• Possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams.
• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in Poland without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
