Mate academy is seeking a Student Coordinator to support learners in Poland throughout their study journey. You will onboard new students in chats and weekly sessions, addressing organizational issues and ensuring a smooth learning path.

You will gather feedback, help prepare students for employment with CV reviews and mock interviews, and collaborate with the partnerships team to aid job placement, using Slack, CRM, and analytics daily.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Teaching or Tutoring / Project Management / Coordination/ HR / Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken form and ability to explain concepts clearly
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a team, and also independently
• Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes, with ability to handle repetitive tasks
• Empathy for students and good time management
• General understanding of IT market and readiness to learn basic technologies
• English at Upper-Intermediate+ and fluent Polish

Mansioni

• Take care of students throughout their studying flow: onboard new students in chats and at weekly onboarding meetings, communicate and solve organizational problems that arise
• Gather and analyze student feedback to suggest changes to the product and help implement them
• Help prepare students for employment: review homework (CV, LinkedIn, Cover Letter), conduct mock interviews, and collaborate with partnerships to secure jobs
• Support processes in the courses (existing and upcoming)
• Conduct webinars and public speeches (online)
• Work with Slack, the CRM system, the task manager, and basic analytics
