Job summary

College of Europe in Natolin, Warsaw, is seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to attract and engage prospective students from across Europe and beyond, guiding them through the admissions journey and promoting our European studies offer.

You will work with the Communications and Recruitment Team, represent the College at events, develop recruitment materials, manage applications, and maintain CRM records while traveling internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in European Studies, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and intercultural communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of targeted student recruitment campaigns, online and in person.
• Represent the College at recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions.
• Support development of recruitment materials, digital content, and outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate the preselection process and assist in management of student applications.
• Serve as a primary contact for prospective applicants, providing timely information.
• Maintain and update CRM databases and applicant records.
• Monitor recruitment trends and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with academic departments, admin offices, and alumni network.
