Job summary

Schoenherr - Attorneys at Law in Warsaw is seeking an internship for ambitious law students (4th/5th year) with strong knowledge of commercial and civil law. You will work in a team, translating and drafting documents, and supporting due diligence and research in a dynamic European firm.

Excellent command of Polish and English, plus MS Office skills, are required. The role offers flexible hours, a central Warsaw office, and potential long-term cooperation, with a competitive starting gross

Qualifications

• Fourth- and fifth-year law students with strong commercial and civil law knowledge.
• Fluent written and spoken Polish and English.
• At least one year of experience in a legal environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Preparing legal opinions on current legal matters.
• Conducting legal research and participating in due diligence processes.
• Preparing draft documents, including contracts and corporate resolutions.
• Translating draft contract texts and other correspondence into and from English.
• Communicating with relevant public authorities.
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks.

We are looking for

• fourth-and fifth year law students
• very good knowledge of commercial and civil law
• proficiency in Polish and English (fluent written and spoken professional use)
• excellent command of MS Office, especially Outlook and Word
• at least one year of experience in a legal environment
• ability to effectively work in a team and a "can-do" attitude

Main responsibilities

• preparing legal opinions on current legal matters
• conducting legal research and participating in due diligence processes
• preparing draft documents, (e.g.,including contracts and corporate resolutions)
• translating draft contract texts and other correspondence into and from English
• communicating with relevant public authorities
