Job summary

ABB is seeking a motivated HR Operations Intern to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Spain. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.

Key duties include processing HR transactions, onboarding support, and maintaining accurate employee data, with a hybrid work model in Kraków (2 in office, 1 at home, per week) and 25–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active student status.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both B2).
• Basic knowledge of Excel and SAP; Workday or HR systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing HR transactions in Workday and SAP.
• Handling and resolving HR-related requests for ABB Spain.
• Managing banking and personal data changes in HR systems.
• Supporting employee onboarding processes and ensuring HR activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate employee data and documentation.

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern with Spanish and English to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Spain. This role offers hands‑on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.

About the Internship:

• Start date: 01.10.2026
• Work in a modern office in Kraków
• Hybrid work model (2/1 days in the office, 3/4 days working from home per week)
• We expect availability of 25-30h per week

Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing HR transactions in Workday and SAP
• Handling and resolving HR-related requests for ABB Spain, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Managing banking and personal data changes in HR systems
• Supporting employee onboarding processes and ensuring all required HR activities are completed accurately and on time
• Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate employee data and documentation

Requirements:
