Job summary

ABB is seeking an HR Operations Intern (Spanish & English) to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Spain. The role is based in Kraków with a hybrid schedule (2 in office / 1–4 work from home days per week) and requires 25–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include processing HR transactions in Workday and SAP, handling Spain-related requests, onboarding support, and maintaining accurate employee data with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Active student status is required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (B2) is required.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and SAP, Workday or HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage HR transactions in Workday and SAP.
• Handle HR-related requests for ABB Spain and ensure timely processing.
• Manage banking and personal data changes in HR systems.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure HR activities are completed on time.
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate employee data.
