Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking a motivated student to join our Renewables Supply Chain team in Gdynia as a Student Assistant in Supply Chain. You will support procurement contract and category management activities and learn how sourcing decisions are made for major offshore energy projects.

Working 15-20 hours per week around your studies, with no travel, you will gain hands-on experience alongside experienced Category Managers and the Procurement Contract Management team, contributing to project

Qualifications

Ongoing studies in supply chain/procurement with at least two years remaining.
Structured, proactive mindset with ability to move across topics and collaborate.
Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
High level of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

Support sourcing activities, including supplier market research and longlisting.
Assist RFQ processes and document preparation, including basic offer comparison.
Support supplier management, update databases and track open topics.
Prepare basic analyses on suppliers, markets and spending.
Help in preparing presentations, sourcing plans, and internal materials.
