Job summary
HCLTech is seeking an experienced Strategy CMC Infrastructure Engineer to support a migration with strong OpenShift/Kubernetes administration. The role focuses on deploying, configuring, and maintaining platform infrastructure while enabling migration, performance optimization and operational readiness.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Understanding of networking, security, certificates and load balancing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Support Strategy (MicroStrategy) CMC platform deployment and migration activities.
- Manage containerized applications, clusters, nodes, and platform upgrades.
- Implement monitoring, logging, security, and backup/recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, and BI teams during migration and cutover activities.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, and operational stability.
