LTM Limited in Warsaw seeks a Senior OpenShift Platform Engineer to lead enterprise OpenShift and Kubernetes networking efforts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing Kubernetes-based container platforms with OpenShift.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes networking concepts and CNI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize enterprise OpenShift platforms across environments.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters with high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Implement and troubleshoot container networking using Cilium, OVN-Kubernetes, and related stacks.
• Configure network policies, ingress, egress controls, and service connectivity.
• Deploy and support Cilium and Isovalent Enterprise for Cilium in enterprise Kubernetes.
• Leverage eBPF to improve security, observability, and performance.
• Develop automation for provisioning, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and app teams to ensure stability and compliance.
• Monitor platform health and performance, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Produce technical docs, runbooks, and architectural standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OpenShift Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes container networking and cloudnative platform operations The ideal candidate will possess extensive handson experience designing implementing and supporting enterprisegrade Red Hat OpenShift environments with specialized knowledge in advanced networking technologies including Cilium eBPF and Isovalent Enterprise for Cilium This role will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable secure and highly available container platforms that support critical business applications while driving automation reliability and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Design deploy administer and optimize enterprise Red Hat OpenShift container platforms across development testing and production environments
• Manage and support Kubernetes clusters with a focus on high availability scalability performance and security
• Implement and troubleshoot container networking solutions including Kubernetes CNI frameworks and OVNKubernetes architectures
• Design configure and maintain advanced networking network policies service connectivity and ingressegress controls
• Deploy configure and support Cilium and Isovalent Enterprise for Cilium to enable secure observable and scalable Kubernetes networking
• Leverage eBPF technologies to enhance networking security observability and performance monitoring capabilities
• Develop automation solutions for platform provisioning upgrades patching and lifecycle management
• Partner with application security and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability compliance and operational excellence
• Monitor platform health capacity and performance while identifying opportunities for optimization
• Implement and maintain security best practices across Kubernetes and OpenShift environments
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure networking and containerrelated issues in production environments
• Create technical documentation operational procedures and architectural standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience managing Kubernetesbased container platforms Strong handson experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration and platform engineering Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture components and cluster operations Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes networking concepts and container networking interfaces CNI Experience with OVNKubernetes network policies ingress controllers and service mesh technologies Handson experience implementing and supporting Cilium networking solutions Strong understanding of eBPF architecture use cases and operational deployment Experience with Isovalent Enterprise for Cilium in enterprise Kubernetes environments Knowledge of Linux operating systems system administration and troubleshooting Experience with Infrastructure as Code Terraform Ansible or similar automation tools Strong understanding of cloudnative technologies and container ecosystem tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Red Hat OpenShift certifications RHCSA RHCE OpenShift Administration or OpenShift Development certifications Certified Kubernetes Administrator CKA or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist CKS Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as Argo CD or Flux Knowledge of observability platforms such as Prometheus Grafana Loki and OpenTelemetry Experience integrating Kubernetes platforms with enterprise security solutions Experience supporting hybrid cloud and multicloud Kubernetes environments
