Job summary

LTM is seeking a Senior OpenShift Platform Engineer in Warsaw to lead enterprise OpenShift operations with deep Kubernetes networking expertise. You will design, deploy, and optimize platforms, implement Cilium and Isovalent Enterprise for Cilium, and use eBPF for security and performance.

You will partner with security and infra teams on lifecycle management and observability. The role requires 5+ years on Kubernetes-based platforms, strong OpenShift administration, and IaC skills (Terraform,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing Kubernetes-based container platforms.
Hands-on with Red Hat OpenShift administration and platform engineering.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and cluster operations.
Experience with OVNKubernetes, CNI, and service mesh technologies.
Hands-on with Cilium networking and Isovalent Enterprise for Cilium.
Experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Knowledge of Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with cloudnative tooling and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, administer and optimize enterprise OpenShift platforms.
Manage Kubernetes clusters with HA, scalability, performance and security focus.
Implement and troubleshoot container networking and CNI frameworks.
Configure network policies, ingress/egress controls and service connectivity.
Deploy and support Cilium and Isovalent Enterprise for Cilium.
Leverage eBPF to enhance security, observability and performance.
Develop automation for provisioning, upgrades and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with security and infra teams for stability and compliance.
Monitor health, capacity and performance; identify optimizations.
Maintain security best practices across Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Troubleshoot complex infra networking and container issues in prod.
Create technical docs and architectural standards.
