Job summary

Wipro IT Services Poland Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced OpenShift Administrator to manage and optimize OpenShift environments in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 remote). You will monitor, upgrade, and secure clusters, and collaborate across teams to ensure platform resilience.

Required: 5+ years in OpenShift/Kubernetes, Linux admin, VMware experience, and scripting with Bash. Relocation and learning benefits available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on OpenShift Administration experience.
• Kubernetes and OpenShift architecture knowledge.
• Linux/RHCOS administration skills.
• Experience with OpenShift on VMware.
• CI/CD and ITSM understanding.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Monitor cluster health, performance, capacity and availability.
• Handle upgrades, patching, certs and lifecycle management.
• Manage OpenShift security: RBAC, SCC, quotas, namespaces.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, Storage, VMware, Cloud teams.
• Develop automation scripts and document operations.
• Participate in incident management and on-call rotations.
