Job summary

Rezolve Ai is seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to manage and support OpenShift Platform across our environments in Poland. You will monitor health, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive upgrades, security, and resilience initiatives.

The role requires strong Linux/RHCOS skills, hands-on experience with OpenShift networking and storage, and proficiency with Velero, OADP, and Dell PPDM for backup/recovery. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on OpenShift Administration and Support.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and OpenShift architecture.
• Experience with oc, kubectl, YAML, Operators, RBAC, SCC, Projects, and Namespaces.
• Strong Linux/RHCOS administration skills.
• OpenShift upgrades, patching, cert management, and cluster maintenance.
• OpenShift networking, DNS, Ingress Controllers, and Load Balancers understanding.
• Storage technologies: PVs, PVCs, CSI, NFS, iSCSI.
• Experience supporting OpenShift on VMware environments.
• Backup/recovery tools Velero, OADP, Dell PPDM knowledge.
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana.
• Scripting (Bash) and CI/CD/ITSM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Develop automation scripts and maintain operational documentation.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, Storage, VMware, Cloud, and Application teams.
• Participate in incident management and on-call rotations.
