Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Transformation Specialist (GBS Transformation Office) to drive end-to-end process transformation and business optimization across the organization.

You will lead with cross-functional teams, coordinate governance, and ensure adoption of improvements that deliver measurable benefits. The role requires 5–8 years of transformation experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in PPT/Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, HR, Project Management, Transformation, Organizational Development or related field.
• 5–8 years of transformation experience across large cross-functional initiatives; governance, adoption, and benefits realization are essential.
• Proven leadership in multi-functional programs with ownership of delivery governance and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process transformation and business improvement initiatives from problem definition to benefits realization.
• Own transformation topics, structure ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, and drive execution from concept to completion.
• Assess processes, pain points, risks, and opportunities to develop practical recommendations and implementation plans.
• Design future-state processes, operating model improvements, and governance changes with stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of improvements, coordinating actions, timelines, risks, and adoption activities.
