CD Projekt in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to own end-to-end procurement processes, initially focusing on IT procurement while expanding to other categories. You will lead sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement across procurement functions.

The role requires strong commercial skills, hands-on approach, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities within a global entertainment company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement with indirect procurement exposure and IT procurement experience.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with independent contract negotiation.
• Experience managing procurement across multiple indirect spend categories and IT/non-IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across indirect spend, with IT procurement focus, and support other categories.
• Manage procurement activities to align with evolving business priorities across IT and non-IT.
• Drive competitive sourcing initiatives (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and select best sourcing approach.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers across multiple categories.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and drive performance.
• Support contract lifecycle management including renewals and supplier consolidation.
• Lead procurement workstreams in cross-functional projects with IT, Finance, Legal, and other departments.
