Job summary

Banking Circle is seeking a Procurement Governance & Reporting Analyst in Warsaw to drive governance, reporting, and data transparency. You will oversee third-party and intragroup arrangements, develop management reports and KPIs, and support regulatory and audit activities across multiple jurisdictions.

The role offers a hybrid work model with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, governance clarity, and cross-functional collaboration to influence strategic procurement decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking, fintech, governance, reporting, procurement, outsourcing, or third‑party risk management functions.
  • Hands-on experience preparing management reporting, KPIs, and governance materials, as well as maintaining registers or inventories.

Responsibilities

  • Register Management & Data Governance: Oversee inventories and registers pertaining to third-party and intragroup arrangements (BPO Register / Register of Information Register – DORA).
  • Reporting: Prepare management reports, KPIs, and governance documents; produce routine and ad-hoc reports on intragroup outsourcing and third-party arrangements.
  • Regulatory & Audit Support: Assist with documentation for regulators, internal audit, and control functions across jurisdictions.
  • Issue & Incident Management: Track issues, remediation, escalation, and incidents for Procurement.
  • Documentation & Controls: Maintain outsourcing, procurement, and governance documents and controls.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Business, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams.
  • Process & Tool Enhancement: Contribute to reporting automation and governance tool improvements.

In this role you will get the chance to work on governance and reporting activities within the Procurement team, including matters related to third-party and intragroup arrangements, such as management reporting, KPI tracking, registers management, regulatory and audit support, documentation oversight, and coordination across different functions.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

  • Register Management & Data Governance: Oversee inventories and registers pertaining to third-party and intragroup arrangements (Business Process Outsourcing Register / Register of Information Register – DORA), ensuring the records are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of management reports, KPIs, and governance documents. Producing both routine and ad-hoc reports regarding intragroup outsourcing, third-party arrangements, and performance metrics.
  • Regulatory & Audit Support: Support the preparation of documentation and information requests for regulators, internal audit, and other control functions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Issue & Incident Management: Issue tracking, remediation follow-up, escalation processes, and incident management activities for Procurement team.
  • Documentation & Controls: Maintain outsourcing, procurement, and governance documentation, procedures, and control records.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Business, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams to support effective governance and reporting processes.
  • Process & Tool Enhancement: Contribute to reporting automation, procurement process improvements, and governance tool enhancements.

Things we’ll look for on your resume

To be the ideal candidate, you holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field, and brings 3 to 5 years of experience across banking, fintech, consulting, governance, reporting, procurement, outsourcing, or third-party risk management functions.

You have hands‑on experience preparing management reporting, KPIs, and governance materials, as well as maintaining registers or inventories.

You demonstrate a solid understanding of DORA, outsourcing requirements, operational resilience, and third‑party or intragroup governance frameworks.

With strong data analysis capabilities, they show a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy, and are proficient in Excel, with experience in reporting tools considered an advantage.
