Banking Circle is seeking a Procurement Governance & Reporting Analyst in Warsaw to drive governance, reporting, and data transparency. You will oversee third-party and intragroup arrangements, develop management reports and KPIs, and support regulatory and audit activities across multiple jurisdictions.

In this role you will get the chance to work on governance and reporting activities within the Procurement team, including matters related to third-party and intragroup arrangements, such as management reporting, KPI tracking, registers management, regulatory and audit support, documentation oversight, and coordination across different functions.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the ideal candidate, you holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field, and brings 3 to 5 years of experience across banking, fintech, consulting, governance, reporting, procurement, outsourcing, or third-party risk management functions.
You have hands‑on experience preparing management reporting, KPIs, and governance materials, as well as maintaining registers or inventories.
You demonstrate a solid understanding of DORA, outsourcing requirements, operational resilience, and third‑party or intragroup governance frameworks.
With strong data analysis capabilities, they show a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy, and are proficient in Excel, with experience in reporting tools considered an advantage.
