  • Recruit across technical skill sets such as software engineering, product, data, technology operations, implementation, security, cloud, infrastructure, or related functions.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, assessment, and stakeholder updates in both Polish and English, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Guide hiring teams through structured interviewing, calibration, candidate assessment, and selection decisions to support consistent and high‑quality hiring outcomes.
  • Manage complex candidate conversations, including compensation expectations, offer positioning, negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Use ATS, CRM, recruiting analytics, and digital recruiting tools to manage workflows, maintain compliance, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Represent First Advantage in the Polish and broader EMEA talent market by promoting the employer brand and delivering a positive, professional candidate experience.
  • Build internal and external talent networks and lead targeted recruiting campaigns, including digital and inclusive outreach strategies, while monitoring campaign effectiveness and recruitment‑related spending.
  • Monitor requisition health, candidate flow, market trends, and hiring progress to anticipate risks, prioritize work effectively, and recommend practical solutions.
What You Will Need to be Successful
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders in both languages.
  • 5–8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success recruiting for technical or technology‑adjacent roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish talent market and experience sourcing candidates across Poland and/or broader EMEA markets.
  • Proven ability to influence hiring decisions, advise hiring leaders, and translate market insights into practical recruiting strategies.
  • Strong sourcing capability, including experience using multiple channels to identify, engage, and convert passive technical talent.
  • Proficiency with recruiting technology, including Workday or similar applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, sourcing platforms, and analytics to manage pipelines and support data‑informed recruiting decisions.
  • Strong judgment, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills in fast‑moving or ambiguous hiring environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong follow‑through, organization, and process discipline.
What You May Need to be Successful
  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, HR technology, data, security, background screening, fintech, or other technology‑enabled businesses.
  • Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries, regions, or matrixed global teams.
  • Demonstrated success with talent mapping or recruiting campaigns for priority technical talent segments.
