The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on backend/frontend collaboration, and a product-driven mindset to improve advertiser UX and performance with AI-driven features. Hybrid work model with flexible hours in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams within a full-stack environment.
• Hands-on backend (Java/Kotlin) and frontend (TypeScript) expertise.
• Strong business acumen and product-minded approach to delivering UX.
• Fluent in Polish with good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Managing, mentoring, and supporting an engineering team with a culture of technical excellence.
• Overseeing development of the core campaign management platform (setup, budgets, automation, AI features).
• Collaborating with product and business stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend stacks as the team expands full-stack capabilities.
• Supporting daily operations and ensuring high-quality, reliable software delivery.
