Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an External Talent Sourcing & Contracting Associate Manager to support end-to-end talent procurement services for stakeholders and category leads. You will help with strategic sourcing, competitive bids, contract negotiations, and supplier performance reporting.

You will lead sourcing exercises, perform market research, build partnerships with suppliers, and analyze total cost data to drive cost reductions and improve category delivery.
