Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks a Sourcing Execution Specialist to provide full lifecycle procurement support for Logistics Services on major client projects. You will lead strategy development, supplier negotiations, and contract execution, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery across the supply chain.

You’ll build senior stakeholder relationships, support solutions design, and contribute to sales efforts while mentoring teammates. This role requires strong analytical skills and travel around 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of procurement/sourcing/supply-chain experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in contracting/negotiation in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages and monitors execution of data and project deliverables.
• Lead sourcing projects: strategy, supplier negotiation, awards, and contracts.
• Identify cost/productivity opportunities in Logistics spending and develop stakeholder relationships.
• Support account growth opportunities and coaching of team members.
