Job summary

Tripledot Studios recruiting an HR Business Partner to shape and embed a high‑performance culture across Tripledot Games (TDG) and related teams. You will work closely with senior leaders to scale teams, raise performance standards, and translate business priorities into practical people initiatives in a fast‑paced global gaming environment.

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded, high-impact HR Business Partner to join Tripledot Games (TDG).

This is a key strategic hire working closely with the VP People to help shape, implement, and embed a high-performance culture across TDG. The role will partner directly with senior leaders across two critical areas of the business: Zephyr Mobile and the wider Engineering organisation across Tripledot Games.

You'll operate as both a strategic partner and hands‑on operator, helping leaders scale teams, raise performance standards, strengthen organisational capability, and navigate growth and change in a fast‑paced global gaming environment.

The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, data‑driven, highly collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with practical execution. You'll thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring a modern, pragmatic approach to people partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic People Partnership

• Partner with studio and functional leaders to shape people strategies that support business growth, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
• Work closely with the VP People to help embed and scale a high-performance culture across TDG.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organisation design, leadership capability, workforce planning, engagement, and performance.
• Translate business priorities into practical, scalable people initiatives and actions.

Performance & Talent

• Drive high standards of performance management, accountability, and feedback across your areas.
• Support leaders in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent and critical capabilities.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions.
• Coach managers on performance conversations, team effectiveness, and leadership impact.

Organisational Effectiveness & Change

• Partner with leaders through periods of growth, transformation, restructuring, and change.
• Support organisational design and scaling initiatives across engineering and studio teams.
• Use data and insight to identify people risks, trends, and opportunities, helping leaders make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with centres of expertise and wider People teams to deliver impactful solutions across learning, reward, engagement, and hiring.

Employee Experience & Culture

• Own and improve key people practices and employee lifecycle experiences within your business areas.
• Help create an inclusive, high-performing environment where people can do their best work.
• Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, collaboration, communication, and leadership effectiveness.
