Job summary

Tripledot Games seeks a commercially minded HR Business Partner to join TDG. You’ll partner with the VP People to shape a high-performance culture across Zephyr Mobile and Engineering, operating as a strategic partner and hands-on operator to scale teams and raise performance in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in fast-paced, scaling business — ideally gaming/tech.
• Strong commercial acumen linked to people strategy.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in product, engineering, or technical teams.
• Proven ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders effectively.
• Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly changing environments.
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, organisational design, and employee engagement.
• Comfortable using data and insight to support decision-making and prioritisation.
• Pragmatic, low-ego, hands-on approach with strong execution capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and geographies.
• Occasional travel to studios to support leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with studio and functional leaders to shape people strategies that support growth, performance, and effectiveness.
• Work with the VP People to embed and scale a high-performance culture across TDG.
• Advise leaders on organisation design, leadership capability, workforce planning, engagement, and performance.
• Translate business priorities into practical, scalable people initiatives and actions.
• Drive performance management, accountability, and feedback across your areas.
• Identify, develop, and retain top talent and critical capabilities.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions.
• Coach managers on performance conversations and team effectiveness.
• Partner through periods of growth, transformation, or change and support design/scaling initiatives.
• Use data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities; collaborate with People teams to deliver solutions.
