Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst – Professional Hiring to partner with global leaders in driving end-to-end recruitment for corporate and professional roles.

You will combine strategic consulting, market intelligence, and proactive sourcing to build diverse, high-quality pipelines while ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and Total Rewards to shape offers and achieve strong candidate experiences across the DACH region,

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in multinational organizations.
• Experience recruiting across Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other corporate functions.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and delivering against priorities.
• Proven sourcing expertise including Boolean search and market research.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop customized sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards.
• Build proactive candidate talent communities to reduce time-to-hire.
• Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews to assess capabilities and culture add.
• Negotiate offers with candidates and collaborate with Total Rewards for competitive packages.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
