Job summary

UPM is hiring a Supply Planner to join our team near Wrocław, Poland (Nowa Wieś Wrocławska or Biskupice Podgórne). The role focuses on balancing demand, stock, and manufacturing capacity across Europe with a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply planning, fluency in English and Polish, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. You will work across Operations and Procurement to improve planning and lead projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or a closely related role.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
• Confident with Excel and an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Plan production runs and schedule orders based on demand, stock, materials and capacity.
• Manage laminate stock levels to balance delivery reliability with minimal waste.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement and other teams for clear information flow.
• Lead cross-team projects to improve planning processes.
• Identify supply risks early and communicate changes to the right people.
• Keep planning data and capacity information up to date in systems.
• Track delivery and inventory performance and take corrective actions.
• Plan trials and samples and support product introductions or phase-outs.
• Explore use of digital tools and AI to improve planning and data quality.
• Share knowledge and provide cover for other Supply Planners as needed.
