Responsibilities

• Plan production runs and schedule orders based on demand, stock and capacity.
• Manage laminate stock levels to balance delivery and waste.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement and other teams for smooth information flow.
• Lead projects to improve planning processes and cross-team collaboration.
• Identify supply risks early and communicate plans when changes occur.
• Keep planning data and capacity in systems up to date.
• Monitor delivery and inventory performance and act on variances.
• Plan trials and product introductions or phase-outs.
• Explore digital tools and AI to enhance planning and data quality.
• Share knowledge and provide cover for other Supply Planners.
