Job summary

Rolls‑Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is seeking an experienced RFX and Purchasing Analyst to drive efficient, compliant sourcing from setup to completion. You will analyse supplier bids, support negotiations, and guide suppliers through e-sourcing platforms while maintaining robust data records.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Global Category teams, a focus on process improvement, and delivering value-driven procurement outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• +3 years in procurement or supply chain across indirect and direct categories.
• End-to-end RFx events with bid analysis and negotiation preparation.
• Experience in aerospace/defence or complex manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, governance and compliance assessments.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa (or SAP Ariba) sourcing solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation and influencing skills.
• Proven track record delivering business results and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-sourcing events (RFx, e-auction) from setup to completion.
• Analyse supplier responses and prepare bid evaluations.
• Support negotiation activities to enable value‑driven decisions.
• Provide training and guidance to suppliers on tools and processes.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation in e-sourcing platforms and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyse sourcing outcomes and supplier performance to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and Global Category teams to align sourcing with business needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing processes and tools.
