Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a proactive RFX and Purchasing Analyst to drive efficient sourcing across indirect and direct categories. You will manage RFx events, analyse supplier bids, and support negotiations to enable value-driven decisions.

You will train suppliers on tools, maintain data in e-sourcing systems, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while partnering with Global Category teams to align activities with business needs.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management across indirect and direct categories.
• End-to-end RFx events management with bid analysis and negotiation prep.
• Experience in aerospace/defence or complex manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance and compliance.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or SAP Ariba.
• Strong customer service orientation and influencing skills.
• Proven track record delivering results and meeting objectives.
• Passion for Lean and Six Sigma to drive improvements.

Job Purpose:

The RFX and Purchasing Analyst will play a key role in delivering efficient and compliant sourcing outcomes by managing e‑sourcing events from setup to completion. You will execute RFx events and auctions in alignment with category strategies, ensuring sourcing activities are delivered on time and to quality standards. Key Accountabilities:

• Manage e‑sourcing events (RFx, e‑auction) from setup to completion, ensuring alignment with category strategies
• Analyse supplier responses, prepare bid evaluations, and support negotiation activities

• Work closely with suppliers and build strong relationships
• Work closely with Global Category teams and business units to align sourcing activities with business needs
• Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing processes and tools

Key Experiences and Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end RFx events with strong expertise in sourcing activities, including bid analysis and negotiation preparation
• Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa (or equivalent such as SAP Ariba) sourcing solutions
• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others
• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives
• Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
