Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Senior Professional Services Sourcing Specialist to act as the procurement partner for our corporate services spend, owning end-to-end sourcing and category strategy across HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, IT and other corporate functions in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will lead negotiations, manage contracts with Legal, and develop category strategies with should-cost models while ensuring governance and compliance throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field.
• 4–6 years of procurement or sourcing experience focusing on professional services.
• Knowledge of engagement models (retained, project-based, staff augmentation) and contract structures.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Fluent English and German; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for professional services across corporate functions.
• Negotiate pricing, rate cards, fees, service levels, and contracts.
• Draft and review contracts with Legal for confidentiality and compliance.
• Develop category strategies, should-cost models, and supplier segmentation.
• Manage supplier base with performance tracking and relationship management.
• Ensure governance and compliance throughout sourcing lifecycle.
