Job summary

Arche Consulting in Łódź is seeking a procurement specialist to manage end-to-end spot buying, RFQ processes, and supplier negotiations. You will collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and competitive offers.

The role requires strong English and German, ERP experience (SAP/Ariba/Coupa/Oracle), and a focus on data-driven savings. Hybrid work with office days is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing or Supply Chain with RFQ/RFP exposure.
• Ability to assess quotations and select best offer.
• Experience with ERP procurement modules.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end spot buying from requests to delivery.
• Prepare RFQs and review supplier quotations.
• Negotiate prices, terms with suppliers.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing standards and policies.
• Support cost-saving initiatives through benchmarking and market research.
