Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Services Engagement Director to join the Customer Success & Services team, working remotely from Poland with travel across Europe.

This high-impact role focuses on driving services sales, shaping complex engagements, and building long-term customer relationships with executive sponsors. You will lead consultative engagements, manage a strong pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence regional strategy while engaging C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in consultative or high-touch sales within IT/Tech (SaaS strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to succeed in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on business outcomes and customer value.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, including engagement with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with commercial and legal documentation and financial concepts (P&L, business modeling).

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales engagements and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of service opportunities to meet financial targets.
• Drive end-to-end bid process from engagement to SOW creation and signing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on customer strategy across lifecycle.
• Maintain forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
