Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI architecture for customer experience orchestration and contact centers.
• Ability to justify architectural tradeoffs across latency, cost, governance and risk.
• Strong executive storytelling and customer-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI systems for CX use cases across multi-channel journeys.
• Lead pre-sales activities including technical discovery, demos, and value assessments.
• Develop reusable assets and enable field teams through workshops and content.
• Partner with accounts and services to transition prototypes into production pilots.
• Evaluate AI tooling and architectures for reliability, observability, and governance.
