Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of PQE in law
• Excellent academic and fintech or law firm credentials
• Experience advising on financial regulations in Europe
• Experience advising on retail, premium, or consumer financial products
• Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and collaborative mindset
• Confidence making decisions where there's ambiguity
• Experience with PSD2 and CRD
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English

Aufgaben

• Serve as a strategic partner to premium and youth teams.
• Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory issues surrounding structuring of new and existing premium products.
• Draft customer-facing legal documents for features.
• Help structure and expand features while managing regulatory expectations and applications.
• Engage with European and local regulators.
• Demonstrate leadership while executing tasks in parallel.
• Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnarounds.
