Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead regulatory reporting change initiatives within our Wealth & Trading team. You will translate regulatory directives into technical requirements, map data flows for engineering, and drive end-to-end testing and go-live support across regions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Compliance to build automated reporting pipelines and ensure accurate, timely regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with regulatory reporting frameworks (CRR, IFR, FINREP, and/or liquidity reporting).
• Experience leading regulatory change initiatives from impact assessment to post-implementation success.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory mandates into actionable business and functional requirement documents and data mappings.
• Experience collaborating with Software and Data Engineers to build, test, and deploy automated reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing test cases, conducting parallel runs, and performing reconciliation checks.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve reporting exceptions and establish sustainable BAU operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Leading regulatory change end-to-end by identifying, interpreting, and tracking regulatory updates across CRR, IFR, FINREP, liquidity reporting.
• Evaluating the operational and technical impact of financial reporting regimes on existing systems.
• Designing requirements and solutions by translating complex regulatory directives into detailed technical and operational requirements.
• Mapping out data flows and clear specifications for the Engineering team.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Compliance to build and integrate automated reporting pipelines across the trade lifecycle.
• Executing end-to-end testing strategies, including UAT, parallel runs, and reconciliation validation, to ensure accurate implementation prior to production deployment.
• Monitoring go-live execution to guarantee seamless adoption, embedding robust BAU controls, reconciliations, and reporting frameworks.
• Investigating and resolving complex reporting breaks, data mismatches, and exceptions, continuously driving process improvements and automation.
