Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PQE, strong academic credentials, and fluency in English. The position offers global mobility and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with cross-border exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PQE in regulatory/legal roles
• Excellent academic credentials (top law firms/universities)
• Experience advising on financial regulations in Europe (payments/banking)
• Strong judgement and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience with PSD2 and CRD

Responsibilities

• Advising the business on compliance and legal issues around structuring financial products in payments and banking
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
• Helping structure and expand Revolut’s products while managing regulatory expectations and applications
• Engaging with European and local regulators
• Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
