Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in audit, controlling or planning and financial management reporting in a multinational company.
• Commercial orientation and knowledge of financial processes in industry.
• Master's degree in finance or accounting; professional accounting certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize data into meaningful analysis.
• Excellent Excel modelling skills; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide business partnering support to General Manager and commercial leaders.
• Control P&L for the region and division and report on performance.
• Deliver insightful analyses to support profitable growth targets.
• Forecasting, planning and sensitivity scenario analyses.
• Prepare management reporting and leadership presentation materials.
• Support pricing strategy, margin analysis and contract analyses.
• Lead direct report and collaborate across functions and Supply Chain.
