Qualifications

• First experience in bid preparation or similar roles.
• Very good knowledge of German; English is desirable.
• Strong moderation skills and ability to align stakeholders.
• Structured approach to projects and processes in automotive contexts.
• Technical understanding of vehicle development/systems and commercial sense.

Responsibilities

• Initial assessment and qualification of customer inquiries in automotive sector.
• Maintenance of inquiries and offers in the system with high data quality.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary bidding teams across the automotive value chain and gather contributions.
• Create competitive offers including price sheets and CBDs.
• Prepare and follow up best-price rounds and negotiate with OEMs and suppliers.
