Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical sector initiatives, including the optimization of an Anaplan platform for supply chain planning and a unified Regulatory Affairs platform. You will drive a program consolidating eight applications into a global regulatory ecosystem, coordinating global teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven project management experience in complex, multinational environments.
• Significant expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of GxP regulations.
• Ability to build and implement robust project frameworks from the ground up.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
• Manage the implementation of enterprise platforms supporting Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors across regions.
• Identify scope of regulatory documents to migrate and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and support.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders effectively.
