Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Project Controller to steer financial and commercial success of complex projects.

You will partner with Project Managers and local functions to provide financial leadership, ensuring profitability, cash flow optimization, and risk management across the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape execution strategies, forecast performance, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Controlling or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Excellent English; German (B2/C1) for meetings and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial and commercial guidance across multiple projects.
• Develop and manage project financial execution plans including revenue recognition and cash-flow forecasting.
• Drive project financial performance by optimizing profitability, cash flow and working capital.
• Lead project governance and support contract execution, claims management and negotiations.
