Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in R&D or technical project management within the energy sector or a similar industrial environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with transformers and product development is a plus.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and technologies relevant to the energy sector, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
• Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and develop data‑driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, multi‑location R&D projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Drive project performance across cost, schedule, and quality.
