Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Product Owner to take full ownership of a strategic customer protection and service program from concept to execution. You will be accountable for business outcomes, financial performance, vendor selection, executive recommendations, and pilot success.

You will collaborate with business, technology, legal, procurement, and external partners to define success metrics, oversee governance, and drive scale across international markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance, protection programs, after-sales services, or consumer-device ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex programs end-to-end as a business owner, not just a PMO.
• Strong financial modelling skills including business case development, NPV analysis, breakeven calculations, and unit economics.
• Understanding of insurance distribution regulations (EU IDD).
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing investment recommendations and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the program business case and financial model.
• Lead vendor sourcing activities, including RFI/RFQ processes, evaluations, negotiations, and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, finance, legal, procurement, operations, and IT.
• Manage program governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication.
• Oversee launch readiness, contracting processes, and pilot execution.
• Define success metrics and provide data-driven recommendations regarding program scaling and future investments.
