Job summary

Sii Poland invites an experienced Program Manager / Product Owner to take full ownership of a strategic insurance and protection program from concept to execution in Kraków. You will lead cross-functional teams across business, finance, legal, procurement, operations, and IT, and be accountable for business outcomes.

This role emphasizes driving the business case, vendor evaluation, executive recommendations, and pilot success with a focus on international rollout and data-driven decision

Qualifications

10+ years in insurance or protection programs, or consumer-device ecosystems.
Proven end-to-end program ownership beyond project management.
Experience with insurers, TPAs, brokers, or protection tech platforms.
Strong financial modelling, including NPV and unit economics.

Responsibilities

Own the program business case and financial model.
Lead vendor sourcing, RFIs/RFQs, evaluations, negotiations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, finance, legal, procurement, operations, and IT.
Manage governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.
Oversee launch readiness, contracting, and pilot execution.
Define success metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling.
